RE: [chairs] Please review your TC calendar
Scott, the subscription method is definitely superior. There are some issues with subscribers also not receiving updates if changes/deletions but if that is not the case within Kavi, then all the better! As you know from experience, using the TC calendar email messages to manage your personal calendar is an exercise in frustration, especially when things change. Subscribing to the i-calendar feed is a superior method and will keep your personal calendar automatically aligned with the TC calendar (one reason why keeping your TC group calendar correct is necessary) You can subscribe to your TC i-calendar feed by the link on your TC calendar, or you can subscribe to all your group calendars in one feed at https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/portal/my_calendar.php#full_calendar Scott... Members depend on the accuracy of the calendar information and potential participants who are not familiar your evolved routine will really be confused if your calendar is wrong. Especially worth fixing is any repeating calendar entry for your TC or Subcommittee that has outlived your interest in (one real example) "meetings every Thursday forever into the future".
