F2F attendance

For those who are not able to attend F2F in person, the 3-day F2F will be considered a single TC meeting. We will take roll call every morning at 9am Pacific Time (UTC-8) to establish quorum. A TC Member who attended any portion of the 3-day meeting will have met the attendance requirement.
Also, a slightly revised agenda has been post.
