Proposal for Issues 61 & 62

Hi folks,

 

I have uploaded a proposal document
for consideration to resolve issues 61 & 62.  This is an alternative
to what Al has already proposed.  This proposal suggests that Part I the
domain model is authoritative and Part II binding documents have enough (and
only enough) information to implement the given binding.  This would allow
us to hopefully avoid duplication and contradiction between multiple documents
as well as provide adequate guidance in the domain model for us to add
additional bindings.  

 

The format addresses the first couple
of sections and gives a few specific service examples.
