Hi Al,

Thanks for the updated drafts.

I would just like to point out that the included line numbers won't be  
reliable in a word-processor-based file, because the document may be  
reflowed due to page size for instance (A4 vs Letter).
A PDF in addition to the MS Word files would be better for reference.  
Although as it's a draft in progress I understand how this could be  
overkill.
