The TC will meet next two Mondays (Dec 14th and Dec 21st)

To those who were not able to attend today's meeting:

The TC voted today to add changes that would be considered
"substantive", and plan to conduct a 2nd Public Review in early January.
The tentative plan is described in

To avoid unnecessary delay, the TC will meet the next two Mondays (Dec
14th and Dec 21st).
