Input needed on the support of CMIS bindings going forward

To all:

A question has been raised on whether we should stop adding new features to the AtomPub and WS bindings for all new versions of CMIS going forward. (Please see JIRA #763.) This would be a rather drastic move for CMIS, and we need your input. Please consider AtomPub and WS separately, and add your comment to #763.
