A brief record of TC discussion on 16th Feb:

The Service Provider authenticates the identity of the individual when they enter them into the ecosystem with an IDA pseudonymous key.
The best approach will be allow a wide range of authentication approaches rather than back a single technology.
It is likely that most changes will be in the RPE - both in the roles and how the pseudonymous keys are managed/
It would be possible to extend the 'Segment data' to include a reference to the identity authentication approach used. 
It may be appropriate to make some additions or modifications to the IDA.
