3. Assign Chet the task of opening a Special Majority Vote with Non-Material Changes using this form -> https://www.oasis-open.org/resources/tc-admin-requests/committee-note-ballot-request. I will set up and run the ballot for the TC. Once it closes and passes, I will publish the Committee Specification.
