Closed action #0048 : now a non-issue with content in non-normative sections.

Closed action #0045 : completed.

Action #0046 : ongoing see COEL-200.

 

New issues opened: COEL-200 & COEL-201.

 

Agreed that issue COEL-1 can be closed.

 

We agreed to move forward to assess the next steps required to move to a formal standard – the immediate task being to write some prose to engage the OASIS community (COEL-200).
