Approve the Conformance Requirements for Specifications, version 1.0 as  a Committee Specification  YES NO with Comments.  The document (pre-formatting is at
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ioc/documents/conformance_requirements-v05.pdf )  The attached document is the final version and will be posted on the TC web  page (very soon)
