[controlled-trade] Request To Liaison

All,

The World Customs Organization (http://www.wcoomd.org/ie/index.html) has
requested liaison status for Bill Nolle ().

Does anyone object to accepting Bill as our liaison from the WCO?  If you
have an objection to this arrangement, you have five days (until the end of
the day on Friday, August  2) to register your objection.
