New Materials Available

All,

I've just returned from Asia and have a chance to move many of the previous
materials to the new OASIS web site. There are several new documents
available, and I encourage everyone to take a look and comment on the
materials.

If you have any trouble using the web site, I may not be much help as I am
learning it myself. In the meantime please comment on the new materials.
