Membership Request "New Requirements Subcommittee"

I am requesting membership in the new Requirements Subcommittee as discussed at the Las Vegas meeting and in Tom's e-mail of Jan.6th. I mentioned this request to John at the Las Vegas meeting. If I have applied at the wrong place I apologize for novice mistake.
