Model and mapping uploaded

I have just uploaded the initial versions of the domain model project file and mapping spreadsheet file.

Modelers (Eric, Jim, and Christoph)...please forward new versions of these files to me daily (if you have new
versions), and I will merge them all together and upload new versions to KAVI.

In the near future, I will
post images of the models in addition to the ArgoUML file.
