CVRF 1.2 and Support for CVSSv3

Hi folks,  This is a reminder to please review the CVRF 1.2 schema additions contributed by Feng Cao by Oracle, to support CVSSv3. The CVRF 1.2 schemata can be accessed at our Sandbox at:
