Standard Agenda draft for todays meeting

Dear members,  as we may need adjusting to the monthly meeting schedule, I hereby offer a draft for a standard meeting agenda with filled in specifics for todays meeting.  Please feel free to suggest agenda items or specific JIRA issues to discuss during the meetings "Approval of Agenda" handling.  In future meetingsI would suggest, we offer a list of specific issues that are awaiting processing in the agenda draft sent before a meeting.
