The CVE Automation Working Group (AWG) has made good progress.  The current GitHub repository (https://github.com/CVEProject/automation-working-group) includes the JSON schema, related tools, and roadmap. CSAF 2.0 should support JSON and CVE JSON content that is created by CNAs and part of the CVE AWG effort.
