Reserve your space in the Cybersecurity Pavilion at RSA 2019 by 13 June deadline

Dear OASIS Members,

OASIS reserved a 20x20 exhibit space (in the South Hall) on the RSA 2019 show
floor for another Cybersecurity Showcase Pavilion. The RSA Conference will take place on 4-8
March 2019. 

A maximum of eight member companies will be able to participate. The cost per
pod will be $9,800. The participation form is attached. Reservations
will be open to only Foundational- and Sponsor-level members until 30 May.
Contributor members may apply after 30 May if any pods remain. Deadline for all
reservations is 13 June. 

By reserving a pod within the showcase, your company:

Understands that your participation is pending until approval is received by the RSA show organizers;

Agrees to comply with all the showcase rules and requirements as outlined in the OASIS Interop Policy;

Acknowledges that full payment must be received within 30 days of the signed agreement and that 
no refunds are available after RSA provides their approval. 

Contributor members are encouraged to
consider upgrading their membership to Sponsor in order to secure participation
in RSA 2019 and receive other marketing benefits exclusive to Sponsors. The
cost of upgrading is prorated based on renewal date. Contact
