Description

This is the charter draft following the final commit on 14 April 2021. See the commit at https://github.com/oasis-tcs/csaf/commit/b30c21eccdc4ebf908eeb6b10acc1e07efc9c54f

This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote. The TC roster currently lists 14 voting members. In order to pass, at least 10 (2/3 x 14) members have to vote Yes and no more than 3 (1/4 x 14) members may vote No.
