Stefan will prepare the release candidate package for admin this Europeand evening

As the motion to approve and publish the CSD 01 for public review carries, I will create the first release candidate package for processing per TC administration when I come back home from the factory this European evening.  For that I will simply create a zip of the matching revisions, place it as csd-01-20210805-rc1 tag into the artifacts together with checksums as release on that commit and notify Chet & Paul.
