Nit in the minutes for previous meeting

Hi,  I will move to approve the minutes for the prior two meetings but maybe we can at least remove some boilerplate from the minutes of the prior meeting in section 2 roll call?  It reads:  All participants recorded their attendance on the OASIS meeting calendar - quorum was reached. All participants were kindly encouraged to register themselves to optimize the use of the shared time during the meeting in one of two ways:  Propose to remove the  quorum was reached  part ;-)  Best, Stefan
