Example motion to progress towards CS01 for the TC meeting today

Dear members,  the editors prepared a new release candidate for approval as a GitHub  release at  https://github.com/oasis-tcs/csaf/releases/tag/cs-01-20211027-rc2 .  Base of that release are the inclusion of the feedback from CSDPR01  where applicable plus the few fixes of minor typos in the prose (csaf-v2-editor-draft.md)  as kindly provided by Bernhard Reiter and approved and merged  per  https://github.com/oasis-tcs/csaf/pull/367 .  In addition, with the relevant links filled in please find below an example motion for the meeting today:  Example motion (this is not yet a motion):  I move to approve the Chair requesting that TC Administration hold a Special Majority Vote  to approve Common Security Advisory Framework Version 2.0, Committee Specification 01 contained  in  https://github.com/oasis-tcs/csaf/releases/download/cs-01-20211027-rc2/cs-01-20211027-rc2.zip
as a Committee Specification.  I further move that the TC affirm that changes have been made since the last public review,  that the changes made are documented  in  https://github.com/oasis-tcs/csaf/releases/download/cs-01-20211027-rc2/log_from_csprd01.md  and that the TC judges these changes to be Non-Material in accordance with the definition in  the OASIS TC Process ( http://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#dNonmaterialChange ).
