[TC discussion] Version ranges

Dear colleagues, even though I believe the easiest way for customers is if each product in the product tree has only one version (and not a version range). Therefore, enumerating versions seem to be the best approach. However, I'm also aware that some PSIRTs might not be able to do that right now. Therefore, I suggest to clarify how we would like to handle version ranges. Please see my suggestion in  https://github.com/oasis-tcs/csaf/issues/392
