Motion to register "hash" and "signature"

Dear colleagues, I just checked our meeting minutes and it looks like we forgot to vote on issue #526: Register signature and hash as link rel types for ROLIE ( https://github.com/oasis-tcs/csaf/issues/526 ). This is necessary for to start the OASIS process to register the link relationship types that are used in CSAF 2.0 (see  https://docs.oasis-open.org/csaf/csaf/v2.0/csaf-v2.0.html#7115-requirement-15-rolie-feed
Therefore, I hereby submit the following motion and request that if seconded and no objection received per this list before one week has passed on 2022-09-30 16:00 UTC to automatically carry. The Chair usually states the result per mail to this list when the period has passed.  Thomas Schmidt moves that the TC approves the registration of "signature" and "hash" as link relationship types as specified in the standard and directs the Chair supported by the Editors to perform any tasks and non-material changes as required by TC Admin to facilitate that issuance.
