Update: Scheduling of the CTI TC IOSC Meetings

There is an effort underway to establish a common 2 hour block of time (every Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) for all the OASIS CTI TC, STIX/CybOX/TAXII/IOSC SubCommittees, and weekly TC/SC Chair Meetings  The TOD for the proposed 2 hour blocks are:  19:00 UTC to 21:00 UTC 21:00 UTC to 23:00 UTC  We will wait for consensus on this proposal before creating the recurring CTI IOSC WebEx Sessions and publishing Meeting Invitations.
