In regards to Event and other objects, given how close we are to a F2F I think it would be premature to talk about punting on anything. Just look at how we solved internationalization. We never thought we would get anywhere with it, then we had a sidebar
discussion at the F2F at Google and found a solution. There is something to be said about being in the same room.
I think if we focused the F2F on fewer topics and really worked on them, I think we might make significant progress.
