Current Spec Status

All,
In preparation for our meeting tomorrow / later today we wanted to send out a snapshot of the early pre-draft TAXII 2.0 spec document that Mark and I have been working on (for those not following the development via the Google Docs).  Please note, this is still very rough around the edges.
We plan to talk about this document and where we are going during the call tomorrow.
