libtaxii 1.1.110 released

Hi everyone-

Version 1.1.110 of libtaxii was just released to PyPI. This version has a few minor updates, described in the release notes:

NOTE: libtaxii is a library to support the XML-based TAXII 1.0 and 1.1 specifications, and is unrelated to the current development of the JSON-based TAXII 2 by the CTI TC.
