Propose the creation of an OUTREACH subcommittee

Purpose: To work on outreach efforts, adoption, implementation strategies and best practices

Proposed Deliverables: 

​Documents relating to interoperability

Tracking of projects and their implementations

Working on certification process for implementations

Documents relating to adoption and on-boarding with new implementations and integrations

Best practices for interoperability 

Maintain outreach and work with international ISACs, ISAOs etc. 

Evangelizing STIX/TAXII/CYBOX across the intel supply and tech vendor space
