What is status of Cyber Standards Council?

Looking at https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/cyber-council/, I don't see any upcoming events. Is there a meeting on Aug 14th (second Monday of the month) and what time is it at (seems some debate as to 11AM or Noon EDT)?

Looking at https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/cyber-council/members/attendance.php, I don't see the attendance for the June 26th meeting. Doesn't attendance at that initial meeting give the attendees voting rights? I only see the chair as having voting rights on https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/cyber-council/members/roster.php.

I've been away on a 3-week vacation so I apologize if these were answered in emails I've missed somehow, or at a meeting I missed. Was there a meeting in July?
