This week's meeting will continue with an update on the Runbook overview (which I believe we didn't complete at our last meeting), and a discussion around where we stand with moving forward with our IT Service Management strategies. I'd like to get a update from Robin on current progress, and I'd also like to look into the possible usage of IP from EDS as a starting point (Bill, a generized version of our CMDB), as well as the creation of updated use cases illustrating our work. This could either be a short meeting or a full one...
