I'll be in an EDS exec meeting until 3 today, so I can't make it. I sent some ideas that are inbline with what fred mentions as well as a parallel pathing on the processes side of things. Hopefully Tim and Sarah canfacilitate the strategies and fill me in afterwards. I'll be avail to talk tomorrow or thursday morning on this if need be...
