Completion of OASIS DCML Applications and Services TC

This confirms that the OASIS DCML Applications and Services Technical 
Committee has completed its work and is now closed, as previously discussed 
[1] without any objections.  We thank the members and leadership of the TC 
for their contributions and dedication to this effort.
     The work contemplated by this committee continues, but has been 
reorganized by the Data Center Markup Language (DCML) Member Section of 
OASIS, and will continue in the OASIS DCML Framework TC [2] and the member 
section's other activities. [3]
     The work that the TC produced during its tenure can be found at its 
public web pages [4] and e-mail archive [5], which will remain permanently 
accessible per OASIS policy. [6]
