reminder: closing date for discussion list

Just a reminder that this discussion list must be closed at the end of 
90 days. The creation of the list was announced 9 September, with 
disucssion to begin seven days later. Therefore the list must close on 
16 December. I urge the participants to bring your discussion to a 
successful conclusion by that date.
