thought we voted to base the meeting time on GMT. If I'm correct, then the
meeting time is still at 4 p.m. GMT. The problem is that GMT does not change
clocks... So when do we resync up -- when Europe changes?
I
can't call in an hour earlier due to another Europe-based call. So we can either
leave it for this week (assuming that there will be so much confusion we'll be
missing too many folks) or try at 4 p.m. GMT. I will call in at the GMT-based
time and depending on how many folks we have on the call we'll either meet or
reconvene next week.

The time change in North America means that I now have two overlapping meetings
(as I am in the UK). I will try to sort for the next few weeks.
