Gershon informed that at the last DITA TC meeting there were changes proposed for the Excel sheet used to track specification review. He will share it with this TC after it has been updated.
Gershon will update the agenda for next meeting to discuss the draft document from the DITA Help sub-committee submitted by Kris on February 23.
Su-Laine sent an email to the list about the mission statement for dita.xml.org. Its content was discussed and consensus is that its a good starting point for defining priorities. Details like listing events sponsored by commercial vendors or product reviews need to be carefully screened. It will be necessary to define a way for publishing examples. Discussion will continue by email and the wiki.
Gershon reminded all that there is a wiki page in the wiki for listing articles about DITA 1.1
The Focus Area sub-committee had its first meeting. David summarized the initial ideas discussed.
