- Added a sentence in the 2nd paragraph of "Purpose" section -
"You may also use the topicref element to define keys for topics that
are going to be an integral part of the final output"
- Modified example under "Creating Links From Terms And Keywords"
to use topicref instead of keydef
- Changed "Birds Guide" to "Bird Guide"
