Documents section in TC home page

Hi,

I modified the template of our home page and enabled the section named
"Expository Work Produced by the Committee" (that's the official label
used by OASIS). 

In the newly enabled section I added a link to the latest revision
of the Glossary Specialization article stored in KAVI. This article can
be downloaded by anyone (OASIS membership not required). It would be
nice to have a final version with tracked changes approved in the
repository.

Please upload final version of the other two approved articles to KAVI
and I will add the links.
