Need to cancel 21 June meeting -- planning next meeting

I have been called 
into a meeting that conflicts with our scheduled meeting on 21 June and JoAnn is 
also unable to chair tomorrow. I see that our next scheduled meeting is 5 July, 
which is a public holiday in the USA. I would like to have a meeting on 28 June 
if possible. Please let me know if you are able to meet on 28 June at our usual 
time or not. Based on the response I'll reschedule tomorrow's meeting for next 
week or just cancel it. In either case, I think we need to cancel the 5 July 
meeting.
