Adoption TC feature articles about convenience articles

I know we have an article that includes a discussion of <topicset> and <topicsetref> underway. I wanted to let people know that I had opened a defect about the DITA OT's handling of these elements, and the DITA OT developers expect the fix to be in DITA OT 1.5.4 M4 build.
