PDF customization for OASIS white-papers is now in SVN

Hi,

I committed, under tools in the DITA Adoption SVN, the customization that I used to produce the 1.3 troubleshooting article. This is a customization to the the org.dita.pdf2 DITA-OT plugin. It should work with any 1.8.x DITA-OT.

I have been using DITA-OT1.8.M2 for this with the following exception. I replaced the DITA-OT1.8.M2/dtd folder with dtd folder from the DITA TC SVN (doctypes/src/1.3/dtd). It works like a charm. All of the 1.3 DTD changes are available.
