Leigh, that's a great paper; thanks so much for writing it.
I took a look at it and have annotated the PDF version in Acrobat; my annotated version is attached. It's mostly, but not exclusively, a copy edit; I noticed a couple of coding items as well. I didn't have time to look at the sources. Hope this is useful.
