Agenda for Regular Meetings

The following is the suggested agenda for all regular meetings:

Regular Agenda
 *  Short summary of meeting intent (5 minutes)
 *  Focus group summary reports (30 minutes each)
 *  Summary of meeting, action items and next steps (15-20 minutes)

For leaders of the focus groups can you please be prepared to provide a summary report and raise any topics to be discussed by the group at the regular meeting. If you cannot attend the meeting can you please appoint a second in your place who can provide an update.
