There's nowhere obvious to report this on the OASIS page, so I'll just
post it here.

In the DITA Specifcation topic for choicetable (3.2.2.15), an example is
given for the relcolwidth attribute:

relcolwidth="1* 2* 3*"
causes widths of 16.7%, 33.3%, and 66.7%.

That adds up to more than 100%. The third value should be 50.0%.
