Name for Best Practices Document

Dear colleagues

I hope we can get everything in place for a meeting this Thursday to make up
for the skipped meeting last week. 

In preparation for that, I thought I'd toss around the possible names for
what we've been calling the "Best Practices document" (which we decided
wasn't really a best practices document). This is what's been suggested so
far.

. Survey of existing technology for DITA Help
. Practical Guide to Developing Help in DITA
