Another Meeting Change

Hello again!

The re-scheduled DHSC meeting day (Monday 31st) is proving to be
inconvenient to a number of us. It seems that Friday 28th might be a bit
better, so unless there's a round of shrill cries, we might re-schedule for
that date. I will send out a formal meeting notice in a day or two.
