OLH implementations of DITA?

> Non-linear access to or use of the information
- DHSC members also recognized that other controls and features
often associated with OLH such as expandable sections,
hover help, and popups are as common in web design and
programming as in OLH. Members perceived lots of crossover
with the DITA for the Web SC.
