Meeting Postponed by One Week

Greetings, colleagues.

I have just realised that I forgot to prepare and circulate the notice for
our next Help SC meetings, which we agreed to be Monday 18 October. 

I think it would be best to postpone it by one week, setting the new date at
Monday 25 October. I hope this is OK with everybody, and I apologise for
letting this slip.
