Congrats! Proposal #13060 Is Through Discussion And Up For a Vote

Brief update from the DITA TC meeting this morning.

TC attendees reviewed the latest proposal that Tony uploaded last night and recommended it for a Stage-2 vote next week. Although no modifications to the  proposal are required before next Tuesday, the TC has enjoined our SC to add the <data> element to the <resourceid> content model in order to allow for future extensions via specialization.
