DITA L&T SC and proposal 13106

Dear Don, Kristen -

Wanted to give you a quick update on
the status of the L&T sub-committee work on proposal 13106, to add
support for a 2nd interactions domain.

We have a draft of the proposal underway.

We're meeting this Thursday with Robert
Anderson and Eric Sirois to review the specialization specifics.

We're targeting being ready to bring
the complete proposal back for discussion with the TC in time for the Tuesday,
April 10 meeting (or subsequent meeting, pending TC schedule and priorities).
